Hi I’m Niki Inmon,


I have been coaching and guiding and meal prepping for individuals through their health journeys for years.


Growing up I struggled with overwhelming amounts of mucus in my body. I often struggled with reoccurring colds and flu's. I was diagnosed with having an 'Asthmatic chest'. Holistic doctors recommend that the meat and dairy and processed foods be removed from my diet.

Needless to say the diet adjustment didn’t last long and the struggle continued, colds, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, Et cetera,

et cetera et cetera 😣

In my late teens, I had tried to eat healthy, but that really wasn't the 'teen' thing to do and so it always and uphill struggle. I felt like I was searching for answers on how to be successful at eating this way as a lifestyle but kept coming up short.


With all of that being said, it has been a journey and has taken years for me to get a handle on my learned behavior of eating meat and dairy.

It wasn’t easy, but I kept studying, educating myself, learning more about the human body, psychology food and nutrition.


I had an AAHHAA moment and realized that support & community was one of the biggest keys to individuals successfully making (and keeping) healthier habits. It was also the biggest thing missing when for me as I battled my health issues on my journey.

How many recipes will I get each week?


Your membership includes recipes for every day of the week, every week of the year + alternatives!


There are never any questions about what to eat or when. Everything is always planned out for you!


Can I pay monthly?


I offer both monthly and annual options. Remember, it is more beneficial to commit yourself to your goals in the long term AND so in this spirit I offer a huge discount for annual members –– if monthly is your preferred choice, you still have the option of paying monthly.



What if I have food allergies or can’t get the ingredients for the recipes provided?


Your membership includes recipes that are clean, and in general free of the most common allergens.


I do provide alternatives for some ingredients, but if there is something you need to substitute and an option is not provided –– I am happy to help you find something that will work and be just as delicious!

Do you offer refunds?


Since you get access to your recipes for the month as soon as you sign up, I currently do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your membership that you would like to discuss, feel free to reach out to me.


Will I have access to past recipes?


You will retain access to all of the recipes you receive during your active membership.


Does the group cost extra?


Nope! I know it is super important to have a place to ask questions, get help, and sometimes just vent, and I wanted to make sure that you have that place to be heard and supported.


The community is set up on Facebook, and is included with your membership. You will get an access link once you join.


What if I need more support?


If you find that the recipes are helpful with improving your health and lifestyle but feel like you need more personalized support in another area, as a licensed health coach, I help my clients to manage a variety of aspects of healthy living.
